Business Retention & Expansion (BRE) Program Overview
The Boerne Kendall County EDC leads the Business Retention & Expansion (BRE) program in partnership with the City of Boerne, Kendall County, the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce, and other community stakeholders. The program supports existing businesses by identifying growth opportunities, addressing challenges, and strengthening key sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and biosciences, business services, and information technology.
Goal
The goal of the BRE Program is to identify and respond to the needs of existing businesses, helping remove barriers to growth and supporting long-term stability and expansion in Kendall County.
